Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

The Park offers complimentary standard shipping and returns for all domestic orders.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays
• Transit time is typically 1–5 business days

We are unable to redirect shipments to a different address or cancel an order once it has shipped. For further assistance, please contact concierge@theparkfashion.com

International Shipping

The Park offers shipping to select countries worldwide.

All international orders ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Duties and taxes for the destination country are calculated and collected at checkout. The price displayed at checkout is the final price paid by the customer.

• Complimentary shipping is not offered for international orders
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays)
• All international orders are shipped via UPS
• A tracking number will be provided once your order ships
• Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on destination

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance processes. The Park is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Neglected Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address and to monitor delivery status.

• The Park is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• The Park is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered
• This includes packages that are not collected from a UPS Access Point and are ultimately disposed of by the carrier

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and coordinating with the carrier as needed.
