Return Policy

We want you to fall in love with your purchase from The Park. If you don’t, we will happily accept the merchandise for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that any returns must arrive back to us in new and unworn condition with all original tags attached. 

Domestic Returns or Exchanges

  • To begin your return process and generate your prepaid shipping label, please click here 
  • Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
  • Ship Your Return: Drop off your return package at the nearest shipping provider promptly to make sure it reaches us within 14 calendar days from your original order’s shipping date.
  • Upon receipt, all returned items undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our return criteria.

International Returns

  • For all orders outside of the US: to initiate an international return, please email concierge@theparkfashion.com  to request a return authorization. We do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time.
  • Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated
  • Refunds will be processed through to your original payment method within 5-7 business days from the return delivery date.
  • Please note that The Park does not refund shipping costs or import taxes. Contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the reimbursement of the duty fees for your order.

Refund Processing

After your returned item(s) have been received and passed our quality inspection, we will process your refund. Our team aims to complete this process within three business days of receiving your return. Please note it may take up to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
