Returns & Exchanges
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to fall in love with your purchase from The Park. If you don’t, we will happily accept eligible merchandise for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be received back in new, unworn condition, with all original tags attached and free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or any signs of wear.
Domestic Returns & Exchanges (U.S.)

• Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit
• Drop off your return at the designated carrier promptly
• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
Once received, all returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet our return standards may be sent back to the customer.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside of the United States, please email concierge@theparkfashion.com to request a return authorization.
Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
Refunds will be processed through to your original payment method within 5–10 business days from the return delivery date.
Please note that The Park does not refund shipping costs or import taxes. Contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the reimbursement of the duty fees for your order.
Refund Processing
After your returned item(s) have been received and passed our quality inspection, we will process your refund. Our team aims to complete this process within three (3) business days of receiving your return. Please note it may take up to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds to alternative payment methods.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards
• Accessories or intimate items (if applicable)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at concierge@theparkfashion.com
Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Additional Policy Notes
• The Park reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements
• Returns received outside of the 14-day window may not be accepted
• Excessive or abusive return activity may result in restrictions on future orders
• Shipping fees (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable
